  • New Viking VP8000 digital two-way portable radio
    • JVCKENWOOD announces the new Viking VP8000 digital two-way portable radio, designed for mission critical users. The Viking VP8000 operates in tri-band (VHF, UHF, and 700/800 MHz bands), P25 and DMR. Its robust construction and channel flexibility makes it ideal for the interoperability demands of fire, emergency services and law enforcement as well as security operations.
  • New Trunking 2.5 System
    • The new Trunking 2.5 System is a proprietary structure based on the DMR digital standard. Easy to set up and efficient due to its digital format, the Trunking 2.5 System meets the requirements for users in education, manufacturing, healthcare and other business and industrial users. The system can operate on FB6 frequencies making it ideal for users in urban areas where exclusive FB8 frequencies may be scarce.
  • KAIROS digital repeater
    • The KAIROS digital repeater offers a flexible and reliable dual-mode DMR and P25 solution that will keep your teams connected across analog, DMR and P25 conventional platforms. It also supports simulcast at the highest level of reliability, crucial for business and public safety applications. JVCKENWOOD comprehensive communications solutions that integrate KAIROS repeaters can address a broad range of applications.
  • NEXEDGE® product line expansion
    • The NEXEDGE® product line is continuing to expand to include new radios and repeaters. The recently introduced NX-1200/1300 portable radios will be on display and JVCKENWOOD will introduce the NX-1700/1800 digital mobile radios. The NX-1700/1800 mobile is NXDN™ and DMR compatible. The NXR-1700/1800 repeaters are designed for the industrial market and can integrate into NXDN and DMR radio systems.
