InteropONE enables an authorized public safety first responder to easily create heterogenous groups on-demand, within minutes.

BK Technologies today presented its first BKRplay software: InteropONE, a PTToC service that enables operational interoperability through on-demand creation of user groups.

InteropONE enables an authorized public safety first responder to easily create heterogenous groups on-demand, within minutes.

BK offers the new service at 3 different levels:

  • Standard User: An InteropONE subscriber with the ability to create on-demand groups containing other InteropONE™ subscribers within their organization.
  • Primary User: An InteropON subscriber with standard features PLUS the ability to create on-demand groups containing at-large users (non-InteropONE subscribers).
  • Guest User: A person that is invited to participate in the management of an incident.  A Guest User can be a Standard User, a Primary User, or an at-large user.  At-large users must have a smartphone with an active data subscription from their cellular carrier.

BK offers a intuitive interface to simplify the user experience on Android and Apple smartphones, and on the web.  Communications are secured using industry-standard encryption techniques and Azure Government cloud. InteropONE users can access the software through any mobile device with a subscription to a data provider. Furthermore, InteropONE simplifies billing as well as accounts are associated with a customer credit card which is used to replenish the account balance when a customer-defined low balance threshold is reached.  Debits are based on the number of subscribers and incident usage.

INTEROPERATE WITH LMR

In addition, the service supports interoperability with LMR systems using donor LMR radios and Radio over IP (RoIP) gateways securely connected to the InteropONE system using a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Pricing starts from 5USD per user per month.
