What is B20?

The Business 20 (B20) is an event which is part of the G20 Summit: it is meant to express common views from the international business community.

Why B20 is important?

G20 was promoted to be a Government Leader Summit after the economic crisis of 2008, identified as the main forum for international economic co-operations since a large part of G20 topics are focused on global economic issues. Consequently, the primary responsibility of B20 is to conduct global economic development discussions and present recommendations accordingly. Moreover, some of the B20 proposals will be written in the Summit Communiqué, which is the true value of B20 Summit to the government leaders of G20.
