JVCKENWOOD Wins Daiwa IRʼs Internet IR Awards 2025

JVCKENWOOD Corporation has won the Excellence Award in the Internet IR Award 2025 selected by Daiwa Investor Relations Co. Ltd. for the third consecutive year. As part of the same awards program, JVCKENWOOD was also selected as a winner of the Sustainability Excellence Award, marking its first recognition in this category.

The Internet IR Award is based on the Daiwa IRʼs concept of “5T&C,”* which positions the Internet as an integral element of corporate investor relations programs. Under this framework, the award scores and evaluates IR websites of listed companies using unique criteria. It recognizes companies that have developed particularly outstanding IR websites and have effectively utilized them for information disclosure and communication activities.

For 2025, 158 companies out of 4,122 listed companies were selected for the awards (8 Grand Prizes, 19 Excellence Awards and 131 Commendation Awards). *Timely, Transparent, Traceable, Trustworthy, Total & Communication

In this yearʼs evaluation, as integrated reporting continues to advance, the scoring criteria were revised to reflect deeper disclosure and recent trends in IR websites. Despite these changes, JVCKENWOOD has received the Excellence Awards for the third consecutive year, selected from companies with a total evaluation score of 80 points or higher. In the sustainability category, the sustainability websites of 158 companies that received the Daiwa Internet IR Awards 2025 were evaluated across 6 key areas: the top page, general policy, the environment, society, governance, and support. 24 companies were selected for recognition in this category, including 3 that received the Grand Prize and 21 that received the Excellence Award. JVCKENWOOD was among them, earning its first Sustainability Excellence Award.

JVCKENWOOD will continue to work towards realizing management that is conscious of capital costs and stock prices by further enhancing and appropriately disclosing corporate information, including IR information on the company website. Through these efforts, the company aims to deepen the understanding of JVCKENWOOD among an increasing number of shareholders and investors.
