Cassidian Communications, an EADS North America company, announced the availability of its TETRA radio solutions to corporate customers in the US and Canada, initially within utility, transportation and industrial markets.

TETRA solutions aim to improve operational efficiency for companies in need of advanced and secure voice and data communications, said Cassidian Communications, a provider of P25 radio networks for public safety. The company is now introducing open, standards-compliant TETRA network infrastructure and radios.
