GEMYC-D is a platform that integrates communication systems of the organization: radios, telephony and other system

Amper announced that, in collaboration with its French partner Sysoco, has finished the project for the supply, installation and integration of emergency management centers of firefighters Montpellier (France).

Amper installed on the two main branches of Montpelier firefighters its new GEMYC-D system, where 23 operators in total manage dozens of radio resources and network, both digital and analog.

GEMYC-D is a platform that integrates communication systems of the organization: radios, telephony and other systems. This is possible because the layer of low-level communication has been designed with this purpose based on SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) standard VoIP (Voice over IP) and communication protocols such as Tetra and TetraPol.

The system provides complete redundancy between the two sites, thus ensuring safety control in extreme scenarios. The Amper and Sysoco collaboration has made it possible for the different emergency management and security centers in FranceĀ  to communicate effectively.
