Many users in Brazil are currently migrating from analog to digital for their mission critical communications and looking for additional benefits from digital radio systems, of which TETRA provides the best overall data application features.

Back in July this year, Portalify showcased TETRA data applications at the Interseg 2012 public safety conference and exhibition at the Transamerica convention centre in São Paulo, together with Cassidian, one of the major TETRA manufacturers.

The live applications shown at the event included picture messaging from video surveillance, AVL client for distributing location information and database access for public safety users.

During the event there was a lot of interest in the applications and using digital PMR radio systems for apps and data from the Interseg audience, which includes most major Brazilian police and public security forces among other private radio users.

Many users in Brazil are currently migrating from analog to digital for their mission critical communications and looking for additional benefits from digital radio systems, of which TETRA provides the best overall data application features.

Since many years now, Portalify provides a wide range of mission critical applications for today’s users’ needs, and portalify shows the applications live at major events like TETRA World Congress in addition to successful customer installations.  Today the company works together with all the major TETRA manufacturers to provide successful solutions to customers and users.
