C2000 Police Region Gelderland midden, chooses Sepura for their communications

The final choice was made ??based on the good performance of the radio itself, the ease of use but also on the basis of the developed software for updating the radios.

After and extensive testing and evaluation period in which the region has also consulted colleagues in other regions, the Dutch C2000 Police region Gelderland Midden has chosen the Sepura STP8038 for their communications. Abiom, based in Wijchen, will deliver the radios.

The final choice was made based on the good performance of the radio itself, the ease of use but also on the basis of the developed software for updating the radios. The new software delivers significant savings in the management of the entire fleet of radios. Also other solutions and accessories for the use of the TETRA radio by the end users, where taken into account.

The Police Region Gelderland Midden was one of the first users on the C2000 TETRA network and started in 2005 with the rollout of their first TETRA radios.
