To be held in amazing Dubai at the ever impressive Atlantis Hotel & Resort, conveniently located on the named 8th World Wonder, The Palm Jumeirah, this new edition of Teltronic World Forum (TWF 2012) begins today.

Day One (April 17) shall welcome speakers from all around the world to present some of Teltronic’s most outstanding projects such as the expansion of the Malaysian nationwide network operated by SAPURA Secured Technologies; the BC Hydro network (British Columbia, Canada), first TETRA contract ever in North America, presented by PowerTrunk’s Québec-based customer Groupe SMi Internationale; the Rio de Janeiro Military Police TETRA network, operating since 2007 with an eye put on the forthcoming World Cup 2014 and Olympic Games 2016; the cutting-edge Aden Police TETRA system, and ITELAZPI, a government-owned shared TETRA network serving multiple end-users in the Basque Country (Spain) since 2009.

Also, some remarkable transport TETRA cases will be presented by ASK, a customer of Teltronic’s in Kazakhstan who supplied the first ETCS over TETRA network ever to the Kazakh Railways; Mexico City Metro, Tehran Metro, Seoul Metro and the Beirut Rafic Hariri Airport, an ICAO project awarded to Teltronic in 2011.


Day Two (April 18) will offer several workshops and masterclasses led by senior Teltronic engineers to update the delegates on the most recent innovations and products, including a new range of hybrid TETRA/LTE solutions.
