Warsaw, Modlin Airport to tender for a TETRA communications network

Deadline for submission is on the 12th March 2012. The system will be co-financed by the European Union.

Modlin Airport has recently announced a tender for a TETRA trunked network. This is another airport in Poland, which will use a TETRA communications network..

Apart from the communication system with 307 radios also required is the delivery of the registration system, GPS / AVL and consoles. There is also the requirement to integrate with existing TETRA digital headquarters at the airport IP PABX telephone communications and the design and installation of repeaters, TETRA / GSM / UMTS / LTE in the passenger terminal building.

There is a limited amount of time to complete the project and the entire venture is a challenge for a potential contractor, who must have extensive references and have a lot of engineering facilities to carry out this project in such a short time.

Also , the design and implementation must include: passenger terminal building, the area of ??the Airport.

Deadline for submission is 12 March 2012 and the system will be co-financed by the European Union. The first passenger planes will land at the airport before Euro 2012.
