The product is approved by RAKEL and SOS Alarm in Sweden.

Zodiac has recently launched 'Codea Leda Nasta' (Code lead) in the Swedish market. Code lead the next is a user-friendly, mobile management support, developed specifically for emergency vehicles.

The system can be installed in emergency vehicles and receives file data from the control center for example to find the fastest road to an emergency or any other important information. Status positioning will beĀ  transmitted back to the SOS Alarm center or to other devices.

According to Vasilios Toutouzoglou, director of the Zodiac, this is a unique, world-leading product, developed from the needs of our customersĀ  It is a very flexible development platform, and it is easy to change the software in line with business needs.

The user receives a case from SOS Alarm or their own control center, and can use the directions, by using a user-friendly two-or three-dimensional map to navigate their way to the scene. All the time there is an opportunity to report the case status back to the command center.

The map also shows what other alarm devices that are on their way to the scene, so it's easy to get an overview and current status of police officers, fire trucks and ambulances nearby.

Code lead is approved and validated by SOS Alarm and RAKEL, the swidisch TETRA network for emergency services. The system is based on the Windows 7 operating system and can be installed in the vehicle computer, tablet PC or on a standard laptop. It will work on any carrier - GSM, GPRS and Tetra (RAKEL) - and works with all radios on the market.
