“We will be making two key new product announcements at the show"

The focus on Sepura’s high-profile stand (B201) at the TETRA World Congress (Budapest, 24th - 27th May 2011) will be “Driving Efficiency” as we, together with our Solutions Partners, will be demonstrating the wide variety of benefits provided by both voice and data capabilities across public safety, transport, utilities and commercial sectors through our TETRA solutions.

Tetra World Congress is the key annual event for everyone with an interest in TETRA and the future of radio communications.  Sepura, with customers in over 100 countries and market leadership in around 40 of these, is a leading player in the TETRA world and will be using the event to meet customers and partners and bring them up to speed with our new solutions.    This year, we will be showcasing our Volvo demonstration vehicle, which is equipped with the key elements of the market-leading Sepura mobile radio range.  Our stand will also feature a number of key Solutions Partners, demonstrating how they have developed specific customer solutions through integration and interfacing with Sepura hardware and software.

Jens Thostrup, Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Sepura comments “We will be making two key new product announcements at the show, which I am sure will prove exciting to channel partners and end-users alike and will further strengthen our market-leading position.  Sepura has seen its global presence increase still further over the last year and we have seen some high profile contract wins and projects such as mining and natural gas in Australia, police services in Brazil and data applications for the FIFA World Cup in South Africa.  These come on top of yet another contract win in Germany, with the police in Bavaria, a host of public transport projects, particularly in France and Sweden, and a further strengthening of our market-leading position within the UK emergency services sector”

He added “Although the World Congress is back in Europe this year, we are looking forward to welcoming channel partners, end-users and colleagues from the global TETRA community and I am sure that both the Sepura stand and the TETRA World Congress will be highly successful.
