This initiative reflects Beta 80’s commitment to co-creating safer, smarter environments through continuous collaboration with public safety agencies.

The world of Public Safety is evolving faster than ever. New threats, advanced technologies, and rising community expectations are transforming how emergency services operate and how responders protect and serve. In this fast-moving landscape, understanding real needs on the ground is essential.

Beta 80, a global provider of Public Safety and Emergency Management solutions, believes that meaningful innovation begins by listening to the professionals who face these challenges every day. For this reason, the company is launching a short anonymous survey aimed at all emergency service professionals, including emergency medical dispatchers and paramedics, fire and rescue personnel, law enforcement officers, civil protection teams, 112/911 call-takers, field responders, supervisors, and public safety agency leaders worldwide. By gathering insights directly from frontline experts, Beta 80 aims to better understand emerging priorities, operational gaps, and expectations for the future of emergency response.

“The frontline perspective has always guided our approach” says Luca Bergonzi, Senior Business Advisor, Emergency Management Division. “This survey strengthens our dialogue with the people who shape Public Safety, helping us develop solutions that truly respond to real-world needs.”

The survey results will be used not only to guide Beta 80’s product strategy and technology roadmap, but also to generate value for the broader community. The company plans to organize events and networking opportunities to share the findings, enabling public safety professionals to compare experiences and explore best practices together. Additionally, Beta 80 is evaluating the publication of a final report once a sufficiently broad and representative panel has been reached.
