This achievement highlights InterTalk’s commitment to providing innovative communication solutions tailored to public safety agencies throughout North America.
Smiths Falls Fire Department sought to modernize its dispatch system in conjunction with a major renovation of its communications center. After a rigorous tender process that included comprehensive proposal evaluations, InterTalk emerged as the ideal technology partner.
“I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism, skill, and the feature set of their products,” stated Chief Rick Cheesebrough from Smiths Falls Fire Department. “Their ability to handle the intricacies of our particular fire department with tact and assertiveness was particularly valuable to our operations.”
The project’s success was marked by timely execution, with all stages—from design to system cutover—delivered ahead of schedule. InterTalk’s professional team maintained strong communication and demonstrated their technical proficiency throughout the project.
