The company successfully installed a dispatch solution for the largest public safety control room in The Netherlands

The new C2000 (the public safety communications network in The Netherlands) Control Room, located in the city of Apeldoorn has been opened successfully this Tuesday and is now the largest of it's kind in the Netherlands.

The new control room replaces the old combined control rooms of Apeldoorn, Arnhem and Hengelo.

The size of the control room is about the size of 3 tennis courts, with more than 450 operators positions who will receive more than 2.000 112 emergency calls per day.

The dispatch solution used in the C2000 Dutch nation wide communication system is a Kolibri Dispatch system. With this, the new Apeldoorn Control Room is now the biggest Dispatch system delivered by Kolibri worldwide.

The move to the new control room was meticulously planned and the Kolibri team assisted with the full migration.

Dutch control room operators can now seamlessly continue their work in the new environment.
