From now on, clients of SEE Telecom will benefit from an easy-to-use online service desk with a customer portal and ticketing system. 

SEE Telecom announces switching to a new issue tracking and project management platform Jira by Atlassian. 

From now on, clients of SEE Telecom will benefit from an easy-to-use online service desk with a customer portal and ticketing system. 

After creating a profile in our customer portal, the clients can report all types of malfunction in a targeted and efficient way, providing all the information necessary for resolving the issue as fast as possible. 

All the requests made by customers, as well as their status, are displayed in the portal.
