Streamwide Reports 12 Per Cent Revenue Growth in H1 2026 as FirstNet Fusion Revenues Triple
Paris-based critical communications software provider Streamwide (Euronext Growth: ALSTW) reported first-half 2026 revenue of €12.8 million on 21 September, an increase of 12 per cent year on year, for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The company attributed the growth to strong activity in North America and Asia-Pacific, while it continues to invest ahead of the rollout of its SaaS project with AT&T-FirstNet.
Both business lines expanded. Platforms revenue rose 6 per cent to €9.3 million, driven by recurring SaaS revenue from the FirstNet Fusion application, which tripled during the period. Legacy revenue increased 30 per cent to €3.5 million.
EBITDA stood at €6.3 million, a marginal decline of €0.1 million, with the margin easing to 49 per cent from 56 per cent as the company expanded support and project engineering teams in the United States. EBIT fell to €1.7 million, reflecting higher amortisation following a full six months of operation of the US SaaS infrastructure. Net income was €0.8 million, after €1.0 million in exceptional legal costs linked to US patent litigation. Adjusted net income was €1.8 million.
Net cash stood at €8.4 million, with gross cash of €14.6 million and equity of €32.9 million.
Looking ahead, Fusion went live with AT&T-FirstNet in July 2026, with the first billings above guaranteed minimums expected from the fourth quarter. Streamwide expects operating margins to decline slightly in 2026 while remaining at very high levels. Full-year 2026 revenue will be published on 16 February 2027.
