Radiocoms Systems Ltd (Radiocoms), the UK’s leading critical communications partner, today announced it has acquired Bridge Systems Ltd, marking the company’s first acquisition since its Total Capital backed management buyout in April 2026.

Bridge Systems has built a strong reputation for designing, deploying and supporting DMR and Tetra radio systems, wireless networking and specialist antenna solutions. The company works across a broad range of sectors, including emergency services, logistics, manufacturing, oil and gas, public transport and utilities.

“This acquisition represents an important milestone for Radiocoms as we continue to build on the strong foundations established following our management buyout,” said Mark Blythe, CEO of Radiocoms. “Bridge Systems has built an outstanding business with an experienced team, longstanding customer relationships and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality communications solutions. We are delighted to welcome the team to Radiocoms and look forward to investing in our combined capabilities to deliver even greater value for customers.”

“Radiocoms is a natural fit for Bridge Systems,” said Mike Deery, Managing Director of Bridge Systems Ltd. “Both businesses share a commitment to engineering excellence, customer service and long-term partnerships. Becoming part of Radiocoms gives our customers access to broader capabilities and additional resources while maintaining the responsive, personal service they have come to expect from us.”

The acquisition supports Radiocoms’ long-term growth strategy following the investment by Total Capital and reinforces the company’s ambition to expand its capabilities through targeted investment in complementary businesses, technologies and engineering expertise.

“The acquisition of Bridge Systems is an excellent example of the buy-and-build strategy we endorse, adding complementary capabilities and scale. This is just the start of the journey for Radiocoms, and we look forwarding to supporting Mark and the Radiocoms’ team as they pursue their growth strategy,”

said Paul Brown, Partner at Total Capital.
