Radiocoms Systems Ltd. Acquires Push-To-Talk Systems Limited

Radiocoms Systems Ltd (Radiocoms), EMEA’s leading Motorola Solutions Partner, today announced it has acquired Push-To-Talk Systems Limited.

Push-To-Talk Systems Limited operates a MOTOTRBO Capacity Max DMR Tier III regional two way radio network, delivering critical voice and data communications with GPS tracking and lone worker facilities across London, the Home Counties and Dorset.

“Managing and operating critical networks is foundational to what we do,” said Mark Blythe, Managing Director. “Radiocoms plans to expand the services of the newly acquired system bringing added value to existing and new users with our experience and engineering capabilities.”

The investment demonstrates Radiocoms’ commitment to expanding its wireless voice and data network services. With over 50 years of experience, the company operates from headquarters in London with regional offices in Heathrow, Swansea, and Manchester, supported by a field and bench engineering team of over 30 professionals, helping customers in both the private and public sector work more efficiently and safely.
