The addition of this new role to Sepura’s senior management team is driven by the company’s continued growth and the added complexity that this has brought to its global operations.

The COO will take responsibility for the leadership and strategic direction of Sepura’s Operations, Development, Quality and Information Systems, ensuring that the company maintains its already high levels of operational efficiency and customer service.

Gordon Watling CEO for Sepura commented: “A positive consequence of the company’s growth and diversification is that the business has naturally become more complex. The appointment of Paul in the role of COO is therefore an important investment in our future aimed at ensuring that we not only maintain our high levels of innovation, efficiency and customer service, but that we also ensure that the business has the appropriate level of senior management bandwidth and experience to sustain our momentum and ambitions for the future”.

Paul Watson said: “I am delighted to be joining the company at such an exciting time. High standards of customer service, efficiency and operational agility have determined Sepura’s global success and market leadership. As Chief Operations Officer, I look forward to enhancing Sepura’s current structure and supporting the delivery of the next phase of the company’s growth strategy”.
