Countdown for RadioExpo 2014 Warsaw has begun

Only one week to go and the first edition of Conference and Exhibition Industry Radiocommunication Professional - RadioEXPO 2014 will kickoff.

During this special event there will be discussions on the largest countrywide TETRA network in the world (Germany), DMR communications networks operating in Wielkopolska (about the situation in the energy sector) and  a lot of time will be dedicated to the latest technical solutions.

Many industry professionals are invited to give a lecture. For example; Dr. Barbara Held, head of the Federal Agency. She will talk about the needs for Digital Radio Communications for Security Service (BDBOS) in Germany. The network BOSNet already uses more than 400,000 police officers, firefighters and other public safety officers and representatives of the authorities. Mrs. Held will share with the audience her experience in the implementation of a nationwide communications network for services.

Phil Kidner as chairman of the Association of TETRA and Critical Communications (TCCA) will introduce students to the subject of critical communications.

Other discussions will discuss the communication system in Wielkopolska, TETRA for power, network optimization, DMR and TETRA trunking solutions based on LTE as well as systems integration.

More than 200 experts responsible for maintaining radio communication systems in the service of public safety: Police, Municipal Police, Fire Service and the Prison Service will be present.  Also representatives of the central government (Ministry of the Interior, CPI, UKE, Maica) and local as well as representatives of management, IT directors / Telco companies in the energy industry.

The main objective of RadioEXPO is to promote and support the development of professional radio communication systems in Poland. High quality display products, systems and services will be accompanied by presentations, lectures and case studies.
