Hytera just launched two entry level TETRA handheld radios that complement the Hytera portfolio. The company introduced the radios for the first time at BAPCO 2020 and are now made available.

Both the PT310 and PT350 are user-friendly radios and provide crystal-clear language and are extremely robust. According to Hytera, both radios can be seen as two powerful all-rounders, which feature high durability and excellent audio quality. They meet the requirements of protection class IP68, the standard MIL-STD 810 G and guarantee crystal-clear audio transmission even in the harshest outdoor and industrial areas.

Both TETRA radios are equipped with water-porting technology that simply dissipates ingress water from the loudspeaker. The patented microphone opening prevents wind noise from affecting the transmission quality.

Easy and intuitive operation
Thanks to the clear user interface, the two devices are simple and intuitive to use - with a rotary knob and a voice announcement function even eye-free operation is possible. Both the PT310 and the PT350 have freely programmable buttons to which functions can be assigned.

Highlights:

  • Supports Wide Frequency Bands
  • Ultra-clear Audio Quality
  • Battery capacity
  • Rugged design
  • Simple and Easy Operation
  • The PT350 is also equipped with an optimised keypad on the front, which can be easily operated with gloves. It also has an OLED display, which ensures optimum visibility even in bright sunlight and is well protected by its lowered design.

Versatile, flexible and cost-efficient
The two TETRA handheld radios from Hytera can be used in a very versatile manner: they are available in the 320-475 MHz and 806-870 MHz frequency ranges. The 3,800mAh lithium-polymer battery provides up to 22 hours of smooth communication over a long period of time.
