ESChat announces partner demonstrations & presentations on Secure PTT Technology at APCO 2016

ESCat solutions are represented and demonstrated by Tait Communications, Star Solutions, Kyocera Communications and Sonim Technologies

ESChat announced today the following partner demonstrations and presentations that will highlight its Secure Push to Talk technology.

Tait Communications : Booth 753
ISSI Integrated P25 and Broadband PTT
Tait will be demonstrating its UnifyVoice Broadband PTT solution connected via ISSI to its P25 Radio Network. The demonstration will be rounded out with Avtec's Scout Console, connected via CSSI to the P25 network and providing seamless and secure PTT communication to the P25 and LTE devices.

Star Solutions : Booth 1660
Turnkey Deployable Band 14 LTE with PTT
Star Solutions will be demonstrating a turnkey deployable Band 14 Network with integrated Secure Push to Talk. As FirstNet becomes a reality, Band 14 network coverage will be a challenge. The Star Solutions Deployable Band 14 LTE network can be vehicular mounted or worn as a backpack and taken to remote locations in support of SAR and other public safety and life critical activities.

Rugged Smartphones with Secure PTT
Kyocera builds rugged smartphone and basic phone devices that have been designed with Push to Talk users in mind, and ESChat has been tightly integrated to take advantage of these features. Together, ESChat and Kyocera have systems deployed throughout the world for Public Safety, Law Enforcement and Business Enterprise use.

Ultra Rugged Band 14 Smartphone Devices
Sonim XP7 Smartphone devices will be used as part of the demonstrations at the Tait Communications and Star Solutions booths. ESChat and Sonim have a successful track record of FirstNet Band 14 deployments, including the Alpine World Ski Championships, Rose Parade, Super Bowl, Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and many others.

On December 31, 2015 ESChat was deployed on the LA-RICS Band Class 14 FirstNet system in support of public safety activities at the 2016 Tournament of Roses Parade. Battalion Chief John Lenihan of the Los Angeles County Fire Department will discuss his experience using ESChat on the LA-RICS network and also how it was integrated with the LA-RICS P25 LMR radio network
