TCCA Technical Forum Meeting results
The Technical Forum meeting #73 was held on 18-19 March 2014 in Beijing, China, hosted by SRTC – the Chinese Type Approval Body.
It was a very productive meeting and progress was made with some Service Overviews and change requests. Questions and clarification requests have been forwarded to the OUA for their preparatory meeting for the Joint OUA/TF meeting. The Feature Priority List was also updated for the OUA.
The change requests, which modify the IOP process by removing the IPR chapter, were approved.
Dave Roscoe announced that this was his last TF meeting because of his soon retirement. The TF thanked him for his valuable contributions over the years and wished him all the best. The thoughts of the TF were also with Martin Steppler who unexpectedly passed away shortly after our last TF meeting. We all will miss him.
After the TF meeting the group held also a test automation meeting and a validation session for the SRTC test automation scripts.
The next TF#74 meeting will be held on 11-12 June 2014 in Oslo, Norway following the annual Joint OUA/TF meeting on 10 June 2014.
