Source: MCCResources

The company has designed and built a digital radio network based on the Digital Mobile Radio Standards for one of the world's biggest online retailers

It is one of the largest DMR networks in Western Europe with more than 1,000 devices. In less than six months NC plan could complete the project alongside with Motorola. Motorola supplied the modern MOTOTRBO digital radio technology.

After a successful test phase, the network has gone operation in late 2013 at the nine German sites, supporting the global network of logistics and customer service centers of the world wide group.

Currently the network supports the logistics centers, all in-house areas and the access roads. At each site, up to 130 mobile devices are integrated into the network. Among the users of the radio system in the company include the management, the technical support, the staff of the IT department, the warehouse dispatchers and security guards. The DMR radio network allows the logistics company to optimize its business processes and to respond more quickly when problems arise. If necessary, all sites can be networked together.

The system, that has been designed and built by NC plan may at any time be flexibly adapted to the operational requirements of the company (Fleet mapping). This also applies to the number of the radio subscribers.

NC plan has the DMR radio network completely designed, planned and built . In addition, NC has plan provided the indispensable frequency applications to the Federal Network Agency (FNA) and obtained the necessary frequencies for the network.
