New update equips public safety and enterprise teams with new tools for coordinating incidents as they unfold, reconstructing them afterward, and preparing devices before deployment.

Synch, a provider of mission-critical communication and incident management solutions, has announced the release of Synch 6.11. The latest version introduces new capabilities for managing incidents in real time, reviewing events after they occur, and improving overall operational readiness across the platform.

Reconstructing Incidents with Timeline & Tactical Replay

A central addition in Synch 6.11 is Timeline & Tactical Replay, which allows organizations to replay responder movements, PTT communications, chat activity and status changes together on a single synchronized timeline. By bringing these data streams into one coherent view, dispatchers and supervisors can reconstruct exactly how an incident unfolded, supporting more thorough after-action review.

Structured Reporting Through Incident Summaries

The release also introduces Incident Summary Reports, which consolidate communications, media, transcripts and incident data into a single structured report. This gives organizations a unified record of an event, reducing the time spent piecing together information from multiple sources and strengthening documentation for compliance and review purposes.

Sharper Location Accuracy When It Matters Most

Synch 6.11 delivers smarter location tracking, improving accuracy during critical events while ensuring that tracking data is preserved even when connectivity is lost. The enhancement is designed to maintain situational awareness in the field conditions where reliable positioning matters most.

Verifying Readiness with Device Sensor Check

To support deployment readiness, the update adds a Device Sensor Check, enabling teams to verify connectivity, GPS, battery, audio and motion sensors before personnel head into the field. The feature is intended to help organizations catch potential device issues before they affect an active operation.

Streamlining the Dispatcher Experience

Rounding out the release, Synch 6.11 introduces faster dispatcher workflows, including advanced map filters, direct PTT access and quicker incident management tools. Together, these changes are aimed at helping dispatch teams move through high-pressure situations with less friction.

With version 6.11, Synch continues to build out its platform from a real-time communication tool into a fuller incident management system spanning live response, after-action review and field readiness.
