Enabling customers to meet operational, evidential and regulatory requirements as communications technologies continue to evolve.

DataVoice, a specialist provider of mission-critical recording, compliance and location intelligence solutions, has announced membership of TCCA, the global member-led organisation for the critical communications ecosystem.

With an international deployment footprint spanning more than 50 countries, DataVoice is headquartered in South Africa and serves organisations operating in both mission-critical communications and regulated environments. Customers include public safety, transport, utilities, defence and financial services organisations that rely on secure access to voice, data and location information for operational, compliance and evidential purposes.

Built on open standards, DataVoice products and solutions are tailored for mission-critical environments. In modern control rooms, the reliable recording of mission-critical radio, telephony, Short Data Service (SDS) messages, status events, telemetry, location information and operator screen activity is essential for incident reconstruction, communications auditing and evidential review. As these environments evolve, DataVoice brings these diverse information sources together into a unified operational record, supporting operational decision-making while preparing customers for next-generation critical communications environments.

“As the industry transitions towards broadband and next-generation mission-critical services, open standards, interoperability and operational resilience become increasingly important,”

said Greg Nicholas, Managing Director of DataVoice.

“Through engagement with TCCA’s community and broader industry initiatives, including ETSI and 3GPP, we look forward to contributing our experience in mission-critical recording while helping our customers prepare for the next generation of critical communications environments.”

DataVoice solutions help organisations securely capture, retain and access voice, data and location information across mission-critical radio networks, unified communications and contact centre environments. Supporting on-premises, hybrid and cloud deployments, DataVoice enables customers to meet operational, compliance and regulatory requirements while maintaining flexibility as communications technologies continue to evolve.

"We warmly welcome DataVoice to our worldwide critical communications member community. As users evolve hybrid solutions involving a system of systems, the ability to record efficiently and accurately recall voice and growth in data-centric transactions across all domains is vital,”

said TCCA CEO Kevin Graham.

“The harvesting of timely situational intelligence offers significant new operational benefits and improved mission-critical outcomes. We look forward to the domain expertise DataVoice brings to our global ecosystem."
