The cooperation between ACMOSS and ASTRID will continue, particularly during the 2025 edition of Critical Communications World (CCW) that will be held in Brussels, Belgium.

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, a large Belgian delegation led by Salvator Vella, CEO of ASTRID, the telecom operator dedicated to emergency and security services in Belgium, visited ACMOSS.

This day was an opportunity for ACMOSS to present to users (Police, Customs, Defense, Health) of the next generation of ASTRID's network the benefits of high-speed mobile critical communications systems for security and emergency services.

The discussions focused on the design of a user-centric service, the innovative services of the Radio Network of the Future (RRF), and the contribution of new technologies to operational situational awareness.

The day was structured around several highlights:

  • a presentation of the RRF, the reasons for its implementation to take into account the technological breakthrough imposed by current TETRAPOL technology;
  • feedback from the French Internal Security Forces Digital Agency (ANFSI) on the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and a presentation of their STORM solution;
  • an update on the RRF deployment and user support;
  • demonstrations in the showroom and a presentation of the Operational Monitoring Center (NOC).

The cooperation between ACMOSS and ASTRID will continue, particularly during the 2025 edition of Critical Communications World (CCW), which will be held in Brussels from June 17 to 19, 2025.
