HMF Smart Solutions and EMERES, headquartered in Montreal, Canada today announced a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening the development and integration of mission-critical communications technologies like Tetra, MCx 4G/5G and body worn cameras with public safety CAD platforms.

HMF Smart Solutions, recognized for its innovation under international mission-critical standards such as TETRA, MCX 4G/5G, and EMERES, a leader in call answering, dispatch and resource management solutions for emergencies, join forces to directly benefit users of critical missions around the world.

Enhanced solutions for public safety, emergency and industrial sectors

The main objective of this collaboration is to merge the unique experience of both companies to improve the interoperability and functionality of applications, specially designed for mission-critical environments such as public safety, emergency services and sensitive industrial sectors. This will allow mission-critical users to access more integrated and efficient solutions, significantly improving their responsiveness and operational security.

With this alliance, EMERES becomes a qualified partner of the HMF Smart Solutions application program and an active member of the T-APP application certification program where through the ACCESSNET®-T Common Application Programming Interface (A-CAPI) ) of ACCESSNET®-T IP, the integration of individual applications that use HMF's mission-critical infrastructures, such as ACCESSNET®-T IP TETRA, is facilitated. This integration with various technologies, such as emergency systems and bodycams, confirms the integration capacity of the TETRA mission-critical standard and the solutions of both companies, offering safe and future-proof solutions.
