FE demonstrated they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide the consulting services we need to assist with our CAD/RMS system replacement. FE will work with us so that the products selected can integrate with each other as well as with existing systems that are core to the basic business of the City including, but not limited to, ESRI GIS software and the newly-developed Master Address Repository, as well as any other systems that require integration.”

Mr. Don Nagle, FE Director, provided an overview of the project: “FE will develop technical and business requirements for the new CAD and RMS solutions to replace the City’s existing systems. We will perform a full requirements study which will be used to procure and replace the City’s aging systems. FE will also provide a system design, develop a requirements matrix, perform a gap analysis, work with the City Public Safety Team in writing and finalizing the CAD and RMS RFP, participate in vendor demonstrations, work with City team to select vendor, or vendors, and work with the City to finalize contracts. FE will also be available to provide project management services and oversee the installation and implementation of the new CAD/RMS system.”
