This year at APCO, Zetron will feature products and demonstrations that highlight unified command-and-control, open standards, and LTE push-to-talk over cellular integrated into Zetron consoles. Zetron will be exhibiting at booth 1137.

Zetron will be featuring a variety of products and demonstrations in booth 1137at the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Conference and Expo in Orlando, FL, August 14-17, 2016. The overriding theme in Zetron’s booth this year will be how Zetron’s solutions improve the flexibility, exchange, and usefulness of critical information.

Featured Zetron products and demonstrations will include:

  • MAX Solutions unified command-and-control systems. The systems in MAX Solutions work together to collect and deliver a seamless flow of information from the moment the 9-1-1 call comes in until the incident is resolved. MAX Solutions includes: MAX Call-Taking, MAX CAD and Mobile CAD, MAX GIS Mapping, MAX Dispatch, and MAX MIS.
  • MAX Dispatch and Acom systems utilizing the P25 Console Subsystem Interface (CSSI). Support for the CSSI improves interoperability across different systems, agencies, and jurisdictions and gives customers more flexibility in their equipment choices.
  • Pathway+ radio gateway. Pathway+ radio gateway combines the Project 25 (P25) Digital Fixed Station Interface (DFSI), analog 4-wire interface, and Motorola Quantar and other Motorola V.24 interfaces in a single platform. This expands the reach of radio communications, allows them to continue uninterrupted as systems migrate to IP networks, and helps control migration and system-update costs.
  • AcomNOVUS command-and-control system integrated with the Kodiak’s Broadband Push-to-Talk (PTT). This Push-to-Talk over cellular (PTToC) LTE solution delivers LMR and broadband PTT interoperability with high levels of MCPTT-based quality and reliability. It supports a wide selection of smartphones, rugged phones, and accessories to meet the diverse needs of public safety and other supporting roles.
  • MAX GIS Map displaying live camera feeds. Dispatchers and MAX Mobile CAD users can view feeds from security cameras located near an incident to observe a situation and respond quickly and accurately as events unfold.
  • MAX Call-Taking receiving 9-1-1 text messages. Both text and voice calls can be processed on MAX Call-Taking because it is an integrated solution designed to support Text-to-9-1-1 over the ESInet.

“This year at APCO, Zetron will highlight a range of advanced systems that support interoperability, situational awareness, and migration to new technologies,” said Zetron V.P. of Product Management, Gary Stidham. “Customers who visit our booth will be able to see for themselves how our featured solutions can improve the effectiveness of their operations.”
