Source: The Critical Communications Review | Gert Jan Wolf editor

Starting with expressing gratitude to all the essential services workers around the world working tirelessly to keep communities safe, connected and productive, today Tait Communications published their latest COVID-19 business continuity update.

In the update, Tait Communications stated that staff from it's global offices are currently working remotely in line with the requirements of each country, and are available to assist distributors and end users as usual. Tait manufacturing and support facilities in Christchurch are currently staffed and operational utilizing safe practices in accordance with NZ Government requirements.

Tait solutions extend to a range of remote working and business continuity applications such as Tait TeamPTT, Remotely Manage and Monitor your Communications Network, Tait EnableFleet, Tait EnableMonitor and Tait EnableInsight. A brief summary of these capabilities  can be found in a recent Tait Blog here.

You can also view a summary of the Tait Worker Safety solutions, utilizing traditional radio equipment as well as the latest software applications and broadband technologies here.

In addition, safe working practices for radio users also extend to hygiene and cleaning of radio devices that are often shared between multiple users - Guidelines to disinfect Tait radios were already published by Tait on 17 April and can be found here.
