ARCIA Announces New Executive and Committee Appointments Following Annual General Meeting
The Australian Radio Communications Industry Association (ARCIA) held its Annual General Meeting earlier this week and announced its executive and committee appointments for the next year.
As part of this renewal, ARCIA added three new members to its committee, which will help it represent the whole country even better. Paul Ludvik will represent New South Wales, Ryan Page will join from Western Australia, and Nic Snadden will be the first-ever committee member from Tasmania. This is a big step forward for the state's involvement in the association.
Also, ARCIA said that Dina Roubis would be the new Secretary. Roubis takes over for Graham Rallings, who is leaving after many years of hard work. The group thanked Rallings from the bottom of their hearts for his long-term dedication and work in a variety of executive and committee positions.
The new leadership team shows that ARCIA is still focused on strong industry advocacy and broad representation. ARCIA is in a good position to carry out its mission of supporting and strengthening Australia's radio and critical communications sector now that new members and experienced members have joined the committee.
ARCIA CEO, Paul Davis said:
‘Each year we are extremely fortunate to fill all committee positions without difficulty. The commitment from the radio and critical communications community and the culture within the Association is one that we are very proud of. I thank all those who accepted their nomination, our ex-officio members for their support, and of course, Graham Rallings for his many years of service.
The association thanked all of the committee members for their hard work and looks forward to a productive year ahead.
