Eventide Communications and Positive 911 Announce Partnership to Support PSAPs
Eventide Communications and Positive 911 are pleased to announce a new partnership to strengthen operational leadership and telecommunicator support nationwide at public safety answering points (PSAPs). This collaboration combines Positive 911’s mission of intentional recognition with Eventide’s advanced technology, Critical Insights AI.
Critical Insights AI is Eventide’s AI-powered analytics platform specifically created for public safety agencies. Trained on public safety data, the platform supports supervisors by automating quality assurance tasks, providing real-time call scoring and offering preloaded APCO/NENA evaluation forms. These features reduce administrative workload, allowing supervisors to prioritize coaching, development and real-time support.
In addition to QA capabilities, Critical Insights AI includes tools that identify potentially stressful call content and high-volume exposure to these types of calls. Patent-pending Stress Level Reporting, and Call Type Reporting and Trending, allow leaders to engage in meaningful check-ins with telecommunicators at the right moments. A built-in Training Simulator provides guided practice in a controlled environment, reinforcing confidence and decision-making without impacting live operations.
“We are honored to partner with Eventide Communications. Pairing Critical Insights AI with the Positive 911 Recognition Collection will provide 911 leaders with smart tools that promote excellence, resilience and meaningful recognition for the 911 professionals under the headsets in communities across the country.”
Ty Wooten, Founder and President of Positive 911
“This partnership is about giving PSAP leadership the tools to lead more effectively and giving telecommunicators a voice, recognition and the support they’ve always deserved. Critical Insights AI turns data into action, helping centers create environments where people feel seen, supported, and successful.”
