Hytera Mobilfunk becomes HMF Smart Solutions GmbH

Hytera Mobilfunk is now formally operating under the new name HMF Smart Solutions GmbH.

With the official entry in the German commercial register, it is now official: Hytera Mobilfunk is now formally operating under the new name HMF Smart Solutions GmbH. This marks another major visible step in the transformation of the Lower Saxony-based company.
 

“Along with the entire PMR sector, we as a company are in the middle of a transformation process. As HMF Smart Solutions, we have repositioned ourselves for the future. Through our company name we are making it clear right from the onset that we are not only the specialists for customised communication solutions in the field of professional mobile radio, but also a competent supplier and partner for smart digitalisation solutions and system integration,” says CEO Matthias Klausing, explaining the name change.

The new name will not come as a surprise to many: “We have already been firmly established as HMF in the industry for many years,” explains Marketing Manager Dr Katharina Tadje. “HMF Smart Solutions – we look forward to the future. With a new name. With smart solutions and innovative technologies. Together with our partners and customers.”
