Beacon Communications Launches Next Phase of Growth with Investment from Kelso & Company and ARA Services Partners

Beacon Communications, LLC ("Beacon"), a national provider of critical communications and security technology solutionsin the U.S.A., announces a strategic growth investment from Kelso & Company ("Kelso") and ARA Services Partners ("ARA"). The investment will support Beacon's continued expansion across geographies, end markets, and service offerings.

Beacon's existing leadership team will continue to lead the company, while also retaining meaningful ownership. In addition, William Henry Insurance will remain an equity partner, reinforcing long-term alignment and continuity as the business enters its next phase of growth.

This partnership provides Beacon with enhanced access to capital and operational and strategic resources to accelerate sustainable growth and further strengthen its service capabilities, both organically and through acquisition. Kelso and ARA bring deep industry expertise, significant resources to support management, and a strong track record of scaling high-performing services organizations.

Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive financial advisor and Polsinelli served as legal counsel to Beacon in connection with the transaction.  AEC Advisors served as financial advisor to Kelso and ARA.  Debevoise & Plimpton LLP served as legal counsel to Kelso.

Recently Beacon communications completed the acquisition of All State Communications, expanding operations across the Upper Midwest of the U.S.A.
