The start of the PEP was given durning the Hytera Dealer Conference in Dubrovnik on April 11th

With the help of this new concept Hytera closes up to its partners in order to deepen the working relationship to them and to meet the constantly changing requirements of the PMR, public safety, private LTE and IOT market. The Hytera Partner Enabling Program will help to meet these requirements as a common goal. “Hand in hand with our partners we want to achieve differentiation and increase customer satisfaction. The Partner Enabling Program supports our partners to deliver sophisticated high-end communication solutions to highest quality standard”, says Frank Pauer, Deputy CSO at Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH. “Together with our partners we want to realize our corporate vision which is to become the world’s most valuable PMR solution and service provider.” One team – one goal. PEP focuses on the customers benefit.

Three certification levels

The Hytera Partner Enabling Program is differentiated in 3 different certification levels in order to fit best to the needs of the different partners and their business cases: bronze, silver and gold level. Until the end of the year all partners will have achieved bronze status.

“It is the basic certification and obligatory to be authorized to sell Hytera products in the future. This ensures that each of our partners will have the same detailed product knowledge, tailored to their individual business”, Nadine Dublasiewicz, Growth Manager at Hytera Mobilfunk and responsible for PEP, explains.

Each partner decides for himself whether he wants to be certified in silver or gold (further trainings, additional benefits). The prerequisites for certifications are to do several webinars and trainings in form of learning moduls (which depends on the level and the technology the partner deals with) and final exams. Of course, the Partner Enabling Program includes regular updates and additions. To keep the level status, partners have to renew it every year.
