Siyata Mobile Wins First Responder Contract Valued at Over $1.9MM

Siyata Mobile Inc. toaday announced that it has won a first responder contract valued at over $1.5MM for multiple Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (“PoC”) devices, including accessories.

In addition to the devices sold, the contract also includes three (3) year recurring software revenue valued at $450k. The Company expects the contract to double in size in 2018.

Together with the Company’s UCP100 and UCP200 Uniden® 3G devices, the Uniden® portfolio now bears an additional two (2) 4G/LTE cellular devices. The UV350, the world’s first 4G/LTE all-in-one fleet communications device and the CP250, a connected vehicle tablet/DVR 4G/LTE device built for lighter vehicles.

According to the United States Department of Transportation, in 2015 there were over 12 million fleet vehicles in the United States. Siyata aims to be the leading provider of connected vehicle and mobile hardware solutions as these commercial fleets upgrade their communication platforms to be compatible with next generation networks, PoC solutions and other software applications.
