ZTE Introduces a Portable Emergency Command System and new LTE Radios

As a provider of trunking solutions, ZTE recently showcased a powerful LTE Portable Emergency  Command System at the 82nd Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF). 

The portable LTE Trunking System, ensuring easy communication during emergency situations, can be be set up within 8 minutes.

”This system is especially suitable for Greece, as a multi-island country is vulnerable to earthquake and volcano.”said Mr. Deng Chao, CEO of ZTE Greece Office, “A portable LTE Trunking system with high efficiency and capacity like this will be of great usage in fire control, emergency rescue and safety protection.”

Along with voice calls, ZTE’s Portable Emergency Command System provides broadband data services such as video calls, surveillance, GIS and multimedia dispatching. In this way, the users can not only hear but see clearly what’s happening on site, which significantly improves emergency handling efficiency. The system supports up to 1000 users.  Bacause of the IP67 portable case, the system can be used in harsh environments.

Additionally, ZTE released two LTE portable radios, the GH880 and the GH650. The GH880 has a big touch screen while the GH650 is designed with a keyboard, to meet specific requirements of a variey of users. The portable radios support PTT calls, video call, video streaming, GPS, Man down and DMO.
