ESP Wireless Launches DMR Network in Chicago, Milwaukee, Green Bay

trbonexus uses Motorola Solutions' MOTOTRBO Connect Plus based on the Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) standard.

ESP Wireless is launching trbonexus a new commercially available digital voice and data network serving the Chicago, Milwaukee and Green Bay, Wis., markets combining two-way radio functionality and digital technology.

trbonexus uses Motorola Solutions' MOTOTRBO Connect Plus based on the Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) standard. Primary commercial users for the wide-area coverage are waste haulers, towing companies, heavy construction, taxi, medical transport and others that need reliable coverage for a starting monthly fee of $30. Customers of the network can perform text messaging, GPS-based location tracking, network monitoring and unlimited talk time, as well as use dispatch consoles and email gateways to enhance business productivity, safety and accountability.

ESP Wireless formed in Chicago in 1968 and serves the Jacksonville, Fla., and Las Vegas and Reno Nev., markets.
