Motorola Solutions announced that it offers WAVE™ push-to-talk service free for 3 months to organisations who will benefit from the capabilities it delivers to mobilize frontline workers

As the world deals with the COVID-19 pandemic, emergency services and volunteer organisations are at the frontline of the response, helping to keep the country safe. In light of this unprecedented emergency, Motorola Solutions anticipate that many of the organisations involved in the response may not have immediate access to instant push-to-talk communications which can help them to mobilize volunteers and other frontline personnel as needed.

To support in these unprecedented times, with its distributors and partners, Motorola Solutions is offering WAVE™ push-to-talk service free for 3 months to organisations who will benefit from the capabilities it delivers to mobilize frontline workers.

WAVE connects teams by enabling push to talk functionality across phones, radios and computers ensuring users have access to individual/group calls and texts, location and mapping and secure communications. Where volunteers cannot get access to radios due to resource constraints, they will still have access to the same push-to-talk functionality and reliability through WAVE which can be downloaded on the Apple, Android and Google app stores. The service can be accessed via local channel partners, which can be found here.
