Synch to Support Critical Communications for Hatzola Northwest London
Volunteer emergency medical service handling more than 6,200 calls a year to benefit from enhanced connectivity and coordination.
Synch has announced that, together with its UK partner Danescroft Solutions, it will support the critical communications and emergency response operations of Hatzola Northwest London, the volunteer emergency medical service operating around the clock across its local community. The collaboration is intended to help Hatzola's responders remain connected and coordinated as they attend emergencies, where response times are measured in minutes.
Hatzola Northwest London provides emergency medical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through a team of more than 60 volunteer medics and paramedic responders. Over the past year, the organisation answered more than 6,200 emergency calls, achieving an average response time of six minutes and just 4.2 minutes for cardiac arrest incidents.
Under the new arrangement, Synch's PTToC solution will be deployed to support communication and coordination between Hatzola's teams in the field, enabling responders to work together effectively as incidents unfold across the community. Danescroft Solutions, Synch's UK partner, played a key role in bringing the collaboration about.
The agreement adds to the growing adoption of modern critical communications tools by volunteer and community-based emergency response organisations in the United Kingdom, where fast, reliable coordination between responders can have a direct impact on patient outcomes.
