Public Safety Technology Alliance Launches Command-and-Control Demonstration Facility in California
New Alliance Fusion Center in Brea offers hands-on evaluation of integrated mission-critical technologies ahead of grand opening on 4 August
The Public Safety Technology Alliance, a partnership of leading providers to mission-critical command-and-control environments, has announced the opening of the Alliance Fusion Center, a new demonstration facility located at the Premier Mounts Southern California site in Brea, California.
The center is designed to let public safety agencies, government bodies, consultants, architects, system integrators and technology partners experience fully integrated command-and-control environments before planning or deploying their own operations centers. It supports multiple scenarios, including Real Time Crime Centers, Emergency Operations Centers, Security Operations Centers, emergency and critical communications and transportation management.
A grand opening event will take place on 4 August, from 12:00 to 16:00 PDT, offering executive briefings, live demonstrations, technology evaluations, design consultations and collaborative planning sessions. Visitors will be able to explore integrated workflows, evaluate visualization and video wall solutions, and review operator workspace design and ergonomics.
The Alliance Fusion Center brings together technologies from the initiative's four founding members: LG Electronics USA, providing commercial-grade displays and visualization technology; Premier Mounts, a subsidiary of Gamber-Johnson LLC, supplying mounting systems and mobility solutions; Datapath, delivering video wall controllers and content management; and Evans Consoles, specialising in command centre consoles and operator environments.
Following the launch, organisations may schedule further demonstrations at the center to evaluate solutions ahead of deployment. Enquiries regarding attendance can be directed to Lisa Martinez at Premier Mounts.
