Siyata PTT Announces T-Mobile as First U.S. Wireless Provider to Launch SD7 Ultra 5G Push-to-Talk Handset
Siyata PTT today announced that T-Mobile will be the first U.S. wireless provider to launch the Siyata SD7 Ultra, a next-generation 5G mission-critical push-to-talk (PTT) handset purpose-built in a rugged radio form factor. Commercial availability is expected in the coming weeks. Powered by T-Priority — T-Mobile’s cutting-edge 5G solution for first responders — the SD7 Ultra operates on a dedicated slice of T-Mobile’s 5G Standalone network, delivering more capacity, faster 5G speeds and the highest priority when it matters most.
The SD7 Ultra 5G will be showcased at IWCE 2026 (International Wireless Communications Expo), the premier annual event for critical communications professionals serving public safety, utilities, transportation and enterprise sectors. The event takes place in Las Vegas, with exhibit days March 18–19. Attendees can experience the device firsthand in booth #1618.
“After selling more than 100,000 SD7 4G handsets, we are incredibly excited to launch the SD7 Ultra with T-Mobile leveraging the T-Priority network slice,” said Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata PTT. “The SD7 Ultra features a new design and delivers the capabilities our customers have been asking for. We are highly confident this will be a fantastic upgrade for thousands of public safety and enterprise customers across the U.S. It is an honor to manufacture in the United States, which unlocks new markets with customers seeking U.S. manufactured products. Siyata is the only North American rugged cellular handset vendor dedicated to the $7 billion push-to-talk market, pioneering a new standard in two-way communication.”
Designed for public safety, schools, utilities, security, construction, ports, mining and critical infrastructure, the SD7 Ultra merges the reliability of traditional two-way radios with the coverage, scalability and performance of 5G cellular enabling organizations to modernize communications on a national scale.
