Watson Furniture Celebrates Growth Momentum and Welcomes Partner Manager

Curated by: Gert Jan Wolf - Editor-in Chief for The Critical Communications Review

Watson Furniture (Watson) is kicking off 2026 with strong momentum and investing in the people who will help it thrive. Dan Samson has joined Watson as Partner Manager, a role focused on strengthening support for the company’s nationwide sales organization and making it easier for customers to access furniture solutions.

Watson is coming off a standout year in 2025, including its best year ever in Public Safety sales and more than 30% overall company growth. To help sustain that pace, Watson is expanding sales leadership while doubling down on what matters most: customer relationships, service excellence, and products that help telecommunicators do their best work, day in and day out.

“Dan brings a great mix of leadership, operational know-how, and a true team-first mindset,” said Jason Jackson, Strategic Growth Leader at Watson. “He’s the kind of person who makes good teams even better, and we’re excited to have him helping us grow our partner support and serve customers even more effectively.”

Dan brings experience leading projects, cross-functional teams, served more than ten years in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Corps Officer, and Graduated from the Naval Academy. Watson values the discipline, integrity, and mission-driven approach veterans bring to the workplace, and Dan’s background reflects the kind of steady leadership Watson is proud to build around.

“I’m honored to join Watson and be part of a team that supports the people who serve our communities every day,” said Dan Samson. “I’m looking forward to working alongside our sales representatives and partners to expand our impact and make sure customers continue receiving the highest level of service and support.”

Dan joins a growing Watson sales leadership team, including Jason Jackson (Strategic Growth Leader), Donna Sheahan (Regional Sales Manager), and Adam Merkl (Regional Sales Manager). These recent hires are part of Watson’s broader investment in expanding market reach and ensuring dedicated support for workspaces and emergency communications centers (ECCs).

This structure supports Watson’s ongoing commitment to making procurement easier and more straightforward by helping customers access industry-leading furniture solutions, such as Mercury and Apollo workstations, through clear purchasing pathways and strong partner support.

Watson is continuing to grow its Client Experience and Design Service teams to support customers and independent sales representatives with space planning, product and technology solutions engineering, and responsive services, so projects move faster, smoother, and with fewer surprises.

In 2026, Watson will also increase its presence at national tradeshows, connecting directly with customers, highlighting new products, and continuing to learn from the public safety professionals who use Watson solutions every day.

With a strengthened sales leadership team and an ambitious growth strategy in place, Watson is positioned to sustain its momentum all while staying true to what makes Watson, Watson: exceptional products, exceptional people, and a sales approach built on relationships, not shortcuts.
