The Radio Club of America today announced the launch of a brand-new mentorship initiative. The new RCA Mentorship Program is designed to pair RCA members together, providing opportunities for young professionals to learn and emulate the experience of more seasoned RCA members. Complete information on this new program can be found at www.radioclubofamerica.org/mentor-program.

RCA President John Facella said “RCA recognized that an important new value for our membership was to have our more experienced members provide help to members who were relatively new to the wireless industry. Paul Scutieri and David Witkowski took on the challenge of creating this mentoring program”

RCA Director and Fellow Paul Scutieri said, “We looked at what other organizations were doing, and also sought the advice of RCA Director Carole Perry, who has decades of experience successfully encouraging school youth toward wireless or STEM related careers.”

RCA Member and Fellow David Witkowski added “RCA has launched this Mentoring Program. This program is now available to any adult RCA member who might benefit from the advice of an experienced wireless person.”
