New Management Structure Coming into Force for JVCKENWOOD

JVCKENWOOD Corporation decided at its Board of Directors Meeting today on the nomination of nine candidates for Board of Directors, whose appointment will be submitted at the 14th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June of this year, and the appointment of Executive Officers effective April 1, 2022, as outlined below.

JVCKENWOOD has decided on the nomination of nine candidates for Board of Directors, whose appointment will be proposed at the 14th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June of this year. There will be no change in the Audit & Supervisory Board Members as they are not up for election.
