Zetron Strengthens Executive Leadership Team, Naming Dominick Passanante as Senior Vice President, Operations

Zetron, a global leader in integrated mission critical communications technology, announced today the appointment of Dominick Passanante as Senior Vice President, Operations. In this new role, Passanante will oversee Zetron’s Integration Management Office (IMO), formed following the company’s recent acquisition by Codan Limited, to facilitate the subsequent merger of Zetron and Codan’s existing Critical Communications line of business. Additionally, the newly merged company’s Finance, Information Technology, International Operations and Manufacturing functions will also roll up to Passanante.

Most recently, Passanante served as Chief Revenue Officer of American Virtual Cloud Technologies, where he was responsible for sales and go-to-market strategy and execution. Prior to that role he served as Vice President of Sales and Channel Operations at Panasonic Corporation of North America, where he provided strategic guidance for the mobility reseller channel program. Under his leadership, Panasonic substantially increased its market share within the public sector and utility markets. Passanante was named a “Channel Chief” by CRM magazine and Panasonic also awarded him with the company’s 2019 Performance and Innovation Award. In addition, he held numerous senior leadership positions in finance, operations, and sales spanning his 20 year career with Motorola Solutions.
