The addition of Alphatron Marine to Cobham SATCOM’s extensive world-class service network, will further enable SAILOR and Sea Tel users to access efficient, high quality and cost-efficient services wherever they are in the world.

The Service 2.0 program aims to optimise user service experience and enable faster resolutions and higher first-time-fix rates through providing users with access to a robust, highly trained global partner network. The increased prominence of specialist technicians, servicing critical communication hardware in over 100 countries, further enhances the prevalence of rapid and reliable connectivity at sea and overall digitalisation of the shipping industry.
