Entel announces new business critical radio communications technical support desk

As part of continuous improvements Entel, designer and manufacturer of business critical radio communications equipment, is pleased to announce their new technical support desk.

Entel said that all support tickets raised will be responded to within 1 working hour of receipt (UK 9am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday). If thre is a time critical request, e.g. when dealer is on-site with a customer and need an immediate response, it is still possible to get connected by phone.

The new support desk covers anything technical that is not covered by the Entel dealer portal.

The  company emphasizes that the technical support should not be used for returning equipment for repair or any commercial questions, e.g. quote requests, delivery timescales etc and asks customers to use email, phone or live chat for these.

Entel's new support desk is subject to tight response time targets and Entel guarantees that it will significantly improve efficiency and Entel’s response to customer queries.
